If you receive a damaged package or defective / expired product, you will receive a 100% refund or free replacement. If you wish to return an order for any other reason, you can return unopened package with a full detailed written explanation of reason for return. You will receive a refund (minus shipping and handling charges and 25% restocking fee) by means of cash/ cheque/ card refund, if the package is returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 7 days of purchase.
Package must be in the original packaging as delivered and clearly marked with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by return department at Painezee.com. The returned order must be shipped back to Painezee at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds. These rules apply even if you refuse any package at door.
Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.

Even though most of the products we ship have relatively longer shelf life but you are guaranteed to get a product that will have a minimum of 30 days of shelf life. Some brands have long shelf life, please email us to find out if your item has longer shelf life.
